1、電加熱恒溫箱工作中室溫不勻稱，出現(xiàn)這種情況，應(yīng)查驗(yàn)恒溫箱箱里物件是不是阻塞送風(fēng)模式道通風(fēng)口或是是進(jìn)氣口，還是恒溫箱箱里物件過(guò)多。

2、培養(yǎng)箱不加熱同時(shí)伴有報(bào)警聲，但培養(yǎng)箱循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)正常工作，同時(shí)溫控示“———"，此故障為培養(yǎng)箱傳感器損壞，更換一下傳感器就可以了。

4、恒溫箱接入開(kāi)關(guān)電源后，開(kāi)啟恒溫箱電源總開(kāi)關(guān)無(wú)顯示信息，多見(jiàn)保險(xiǎn)管融斷，拆換就能，若保險(xiǎn)管完好無(wú)損，立即拆換電源總開(kāi)關(guān)。

5、電熱培養(yǎng)箱不加熱但溫控儀顯示正常，培養(yǎng)箱此故障多為加熱損壞，更換即可，在檢修培養(yǎng)箱該故障時(shí)應(yīng)確保循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。如果培養(yǎng)箱循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)不運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)也會(huì)引起不加熱現(xiàn)象，但培養(yǎng)箱箱內(nèi)溫度會(huì)有5℃左右的溫升，打開(kāi)箱門時(shí)會(huì)有少量焦糊味道，比較容易判斷是培養(yǎng)箱加熱管或者是循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)故障。
